Our new MRes in Automated Planning for Autonomous Systems is starting in October 2008. This is a very exciting opportunity and we are looking forward to receiving our first cohort of entrants.
We have a PhD place available for a home student, funded by an EPSRC grant, looking at the relationships between constraint structures and planning problems. The objective is to exploit structures that arise in planning problems to achieve an improvement in performance.
